设施陈旧，服务极差，没有笑容，服务员就不是给顾客服务的，是看着顾客的，住在这里有种进监狱的感觉，前台因为多问了俩句，不耐烦了故意给安排个三人间中最差的房，刚进来正休息呢，服务员刷卡就进来了连门都不敲，发现有人转身就出去，连个抱歉都没有，早餐不是自助是限量的，三个人吃饭必须其中一个人去拿，其他两人要鸡蛋不给，坐下吃饭过来个服务员啥也不说开始指着桌上菜数数，问她你在干嘛也不回答就是数，坐在那里吃饭被服务员用数指头点来点去我也是醉了，数完告诉我们交钱，我们说定的房是含餐的，服务员说超了就得交钱，我们说不是自助吗？她说就是得交钱，走到哪里都被服务员像看犯人一样看着，张嘴说话就是交钱要么就是这不行那不行的
