我到该酒店说是携程网上预订的房间，前台跟我说没接到携程通知，我把携程发给我的确认短信给她看后，还要叫我打电话给携程，问她打那个电话？才算勉强答应我入住，我提出要给发票，又说不能给，我说不给那我找其他的酒店，她打电话请示经理，之后总算让我入住了，但房间在底楼，潮湿阴冷的感觉，还没网络。我说网上预订有的，她说99元的标房他们是没配网络的，我想就住一晚，第二天一早就走的也就算，但我特地跟当时的前天服务员说，我明天一早就去坐机场巴士的，请她跟接班说下。今天5点半我到前天退房，要发票，这时的前台服务员就说不给发票的，我说昨天都说好的，并且当时的服务员青丝了经理的，经过约10分钟的反复说理，她才勉强给了发票。实在令我很不开心。

酒店118的房间居然没有卫生间，房间小、设施陈旧，这也就算了，最可恶的是前台的服务员态度非常恶劣，发票章没盖清楚，叫她重新盖过下，直接撂下一句盖不了。强烈建议各位千万不要去买罪受。

酒店特别没有信誉，服务员态度奇差，早早预定好了酒店，到店后，却发现因为酒店工作人员失误没有预留房间，要加价住才能入住，而且态度很强硬，拒不承认错误，不过还是艺龙比较有信誉，工作人员相当积极，很快就搞定问题，最后顺利入住，谢谢艺龙

酒店的位置还不错，地处银川中心的位置，很繁华，出行交通也十分方便。

不错，地处老城中心地段，房间比较宽敞，离清真大寺、南门广场较近，比较热闹。缺点就是停车不方便。可是门卫老师傅很负责。
