前台接待态度牛皮啊，办理入住时不给办理。原因是看到大厅的老婆孩子了，要提供证件。老婆身份证丢了，给户口本结婚证人看都不看。沟通了半天叫下来个负责的经理。来了句本市的可以，吴忠的不行😂 😂 。跑银川玩了几天就这家的不给住。难道我一个人先进来办理好入住，家人后面进房间也不行么。好死板的管理！大冷天的将人拒之门外。。

真的是服务太好了，住了这么多次酒店，这次是最满意的一次，我宝贝来的第二天就流鼻血了，我只是无意间的告诉了下保洁，结果回到房间后，就多了加湿器，太贴心了

酒店位置很好，在市中心。购物吃饭都很方便。装修就是假日一贯的风格，简约大气，没有什么特别惊喜。房间没有窗，比较干燥。早餐很棒，品种很丰富。有当地特色的羊汤，味道很鲜美，居然还有广东生滚粥，粥底绵华，加上自己喜欢的食材放在一起炖，味道很棒。咖啡是现磨的，可以根据喜好点，美中不足的是面包不是酒店现烤的。

一次愉快的十一长假旅行。虽然酒店设备设施有点儿老旧，地下车库没有电梯，但是并没有影响我们旅游的心情。酒店的水吧服务人员的态度不佳，有待提升。毕竟是国际品牌的酒店，还是希望提高待客服务水平，至少对入住酒店的客人能有笑脸☻。
