与五星级相差甚远，安排的房间宽带坏了， 不能上网，后来换了1间；
设施老旧，印象深刻的是餐厅和房间的可乐1听20元，比沿海酒店的还要贵，好快的刀！

安排入住的房间地毯很脏环境不好，反馈后酒店给免费升级了房间，更换后的房间卫生好一些设施环境整体都很一般。

价格在银川的5星级酒店里不高，设施比较旧，倒也舒适
不过由于是政府办的酒店，一贯大爷作风，服务不行，刚住一天突然说是政府要开什么会，不让客人继续住了。。。只好搬家另找住处，还的要快，否则加收半天房费。。。

位置很好找出行挺方便的，酒店也不错算是在银川最好的酒店了，房间也很干净很舒适，但是价格还是偏高了，服务态度还算不错。其他都挺好的，要是价格再便宜一些就更好了。
