绿地控股的酒店，设施和价格差很多。680元的房价，没有空调，屋里29度，以为是空调坏了，修了几次，房间里热的要命，半夜只好开窗户。绿地集团为了节省开支，定时开空调，房价缺斤短量，从客户身上克扣，降低成本。凡事300元以上的酒店，空调都是24小时开，唯有这家酒店太坑顾客！不过酒店的服务员特别好，诚恳，热情，贴心。前台经理郑蓓，小倪，还有苏昕悦，看到我老伴热的有病了，跑前跑后，客房部经理崔亚琪几次来到房间问病情，还要亲自送我们去贺兰看岩画。这些年轻人用他们的热情诚恳为酒店的错误承担责任。金钥匙梁瑞顺一直送我们到机场。希望酒店不要老让孩子们为你们的算计赔礼道歉，多好的年轻人，在这样的酒店工作可惜了。酒店应该好好重用这些可爱的孩子们！
