设施一般，但很干净，住宿很舒适。特别是服务很不错，不论是前台，客房还是餐厅的服务人员都很热情，礼貌的待客，对我们老年人也很耐心的说话，对我们的一些要求，也尽可能的的解决，对他们的工作表示感谢！

性价比高，黄金周才不到三百元。大小两张床，适合一家三口。早餐还可以。卫生很好，床单被套干净。水压好，洗澡舒服。没有专用停车场，旁边商场停车场大，一晚六元，不错。装修一般，简单，不要和四五星酒店比，毕竟价格在。舒适干净，出行便利，适合普通工薪家庭。

酒店入住感觉不错，交通很便利，出门打车公交车都很方便，步行十分钟左右就有小吃夜市，还有商场购物都很方便，前台服务也不错，很详细的帮我介绍了周围的附近可以玩的地方，下一次还会再来。

好不夸张的说，这家锦江之星是银川性价比最高的一家，从各个方面来说！可是我不明白的是，为什么前台一个个都摆出一副高冷的姿态，你是比住客更有实力吗？你连一个清扫大姐都不如，她们起码知道尊重客人，笑脸相迎！你觉得委屈你了，可以考公务员！
