其实酒店的整体都还行的，不管是服务还是设施，服务方面比较热情，大堂比较小。房间也不是很大。可惜入住当晚没有热水，不知道何原因，办理入住的时候也没有被告知，本来就很累了，想洗个热水澡也不行。还是自己打电话到前台问才知道没热水。悲剧。这城市，这条件，也就算了，太晚，也不想换酒店了。

住了三晩，后二晚没热水，甚至连冻水也只是一滴一滴的，问总台服务员，总是在滶衍，该二晚都是在等水来中疲倦地和衣而睡！酒店沒有一个合理的解釋，也沒有相关负责人来說明。钱照收，服务折扣！叫客人如何接受！

酒店设施较旧，门口修路，入住之后告知无热水，说第二天中午修好。我们打算住两晚的，第二天下午打电话，说是有热水了，进房间后还是没热水！不过酒店的早饭很赞，品种多，味道好。
