好像没有门童，早餐没有人领位，品种不够丰富。地理位置不错，价格比较合理。凯宾斯基的品牌位列五星级酒店第三、第四类排名似乎也比较合适。

酒店服务非常热情、认真周到。国际水准
食物配餐丰盛。
酒店设施非常好。
由于贵店是本地区几乎唯一的国际五星级酒店，中东阿拉伯高级会议多聚于此。如果
普通客人遇到有重要会议时， 就会自然被忽略为第二重要了，比如早餐普通客人就会被集中到另外一处，
而会议包场；在房间分配上，也会将更好的房间包给会议。
其实，对待散客更应该给于优先服务，应为与会议团体相比，在征用共公资源时，我们是弱势群体。
无论如何，我都要感谢贵店的热情服务。希望下次没有会议时我再来。
