酒店设施很有问题，卫生间沐浴和马桶紧挨着，也没有个隔断什么的，洗完澡整个卫生间都是水，马桶也全是水，大半夜的也不好叫服务员来打扫 ，只能自己凑合擦擦。那个前台所谓的经理素质太差，说艺龙订的不给早餐，不给就不给吧，摆着张臭脸给谁看呀，这样的人太不应该在服务行业混了。

酒店连布草都不换，都是之前客人的毛发！值班经理不在店内，在房间等了半个小时来一个服务员什么也不说直接换床单，问什么也说不出来，
