酒店服务好。早餐一般般。但在这频发高温预警的日子里，酒店空调已经坏了好多天了，为什么预定时没有告知？预付款预定成功不能更改了入住后才有楼层服务员送来空调扇并告知空调坏了，到底谁的责任？

酒店服务好。早餐一般般。但在这频发高温预警的日子里，酒店空调已经坏了好多天了，为什么预定时没有告知？预付款预定成功不能更改了入住后才有楼层服务员送来空调扇并告知空调坏了，到底谁的责任？

整洁干净，服务态度很好！交通便利，从宾馆到火车站距离很近，想去机场除打的外，乘坐brt1号线从火车西站上车到南门站下车费时大约45分钟，民航大厦的机场大巴就在附近，大巴到机场票价20元，费时30分钟左右。
