空调开不了制热，热水温度也不够，因为已经凌晨了，不好再麻烦房务中心。酒店位置本来离机场很近，步行都可以，但是机场和酒店中间的道路是封住的，晚上过来的时候绕了很久，到酒店已经凌晨一点了，但是下午给酒店打电话的时候酒店工作人员并都没有提醒这个事情，因此耽误了很长时间，也导致早上去机场要跟提前出门。

酒店很一般，住客特别吵，尤其是很多人半夜两点左右入住吵得不行，艺龙特别垃圾，酒店预订确认后涨价把我订单给取消了……早点倒闭吧……

位置不好，开车去酒店的路上竟设卡不让过，没办法打酒店让接，前台女服务员很不耐烦的样子，第二天5点半要去机场，前台告知5点50才有送机，前不着村后不着店的，要不坚决不住，还不如住银川市区，方位不好找，服务态度差！不会再去入住！
