以前住过四次该酒店，感觉是银川最好的酒店，这次入住感觉到办理入住和退房手续上太繁琐，耽误客人太多时间，再有服务上不像宾馆，好像每个客人都欠他们钱一样，管理太有问题了，下次再不会住了。
