前台怎么这么拽，一半以上的差评都是因为服务态度不好，还没有打扫房间的阿姨们态度好，随便调一个阿姨过来，都不知道态度比她们好多少倍

在这家酒店持续住了将近一周，最后一天住了个钟点房，当我下来退房时，忘了拿东西，最后超过时间20分钟不到就要收全天房费，并且我拿东西之前就已经查完房了，他们胡说八道说超过时间电脑自动生成收全天价，难道排队退房超过时间也算超时吗？我说的前台一句话不说，但最后还是收了我全天的钱，什么东西，跟没见过钱似的
