我们离店的时候服务马马虎虎的把押金没退给我们 后来我们告诉情况 然后押金打了在卡里 说好的是四十八小时内会到账的 可结果到现在我都没收到任何一分钱 打了服务电话还说让我自己去问银行 说钱都打好了 入不入不是我们的问题 可笑死了 不是这酒店处理的那是谁处理呢 我来处理吗 我怎么知道你是不是把钱打进来了呢

酒店二楼餐厅不错，房间设施一般，卫生间的卫生不太好，没有空调，说是中央空调也没有热风，住在这里晚上挺冷，感觉有点小贵
