住过很多酒店但第一次评价这样一个靠欺骗消费者来获取利益的酒店。在携程网上预定的两个豪华单人房，到了酒店入住确是安排在一个连放个笔记本电脑都没有地方的房间，严重与定的房间不符！第二天在我强烈要求下很不情愿的换了个双床房，但却被告知只能换一个（再度坑客户），前台说没房间了，而且我定的豪华单人床就是我现在住的房型，我让他打开其他的单人房给我看！（不敢打开）！就这样吵闹了一翻后突然告诉我有房间了，两个都可以换！（你哪来的房间阿美女！）一路吵闹一路还说我不人道！我还真没见过这样的前台经理。一切利益至上的酒店，这样的管理者估计你们酒店也走不了太远！绝对不会再带客户来此酒店！永远！
