服务极差！服务极差！5号入住要求交300押金、6号早上退房时押金居然不是当场退还的！这种酒店我还是第一次碰到！6号下午离开义乌前给酒店打电话问为什么还没退押金、前台说7号会退的！到了7号下午还没退、我又打电话问，前台说今天财务没上班要8号退...酒店作为服务业、你们的服务意识呢？？押金留着涨利息吗？8号中午在我多次打电话后终于给我退了押金、而且居然扣除了1.8元微信优惠金、只退了298.2元、我就呵呵了...以后再也不会入住你们酒店！地段偏、早餐差！最重要的服务太差！最起码的服务理念都没有！
