来住的时候有点迟 说是订的房型没有了 前台婷婷姑娘服务很好啊还给我免费升级了 答应了好评还是必须要给的 房间挺不错的 很满意 😄

第二次入住这里，再网上订的1.8米床，前台的女服务员说我订的房型就是这个，接电话很不耐烦，开始给的1108,后来我让她看看🛏️有没有1.8米，明显房间还小了一圈，后来换到之前住的8805房间，第二天我回杭州了，发现洗面奶忘了拿，打电话过去，她们说在的，让我有空去拿，当时我就说以后会去拿，直到昨天也就是11.30号，我来义乌了，我过去拿，又是那个女服务员，她打了个电话，直接说这边没有，然后旁边的戴眼镜的帅哥让楼层帮忙看看，找了大概20分钟，说有，让保安去拿了下来，不是洗面奶多值钱，你们酒店的位置挺好，房间也将就，态度就有待提高了，如果别人丢了电脑或者是一袋钱怎么办，下次来拿你也说没有？

环境好且地理位置得天独厚，装修风格也挺好的，有些细节还是不到位，比如房间里没有便签纸和笔！WI-FI密码需要打电话给前台问，早餐用餐时间也不够明显，只有在3楼才看到
