酒店设施很好，房间很干净，早餐也还不错，更重要的是服务令人满意。可能是春节原因，入住客人少，房价有较大优惠，但是各项服务没打折扣。
这次出行，家庭旅游团要求必须住得舒适，压力大呀。我是通过携程仔细查阅好几天，最后预订了这家酒店3个豪华标间（含双早，一天）。刚到店时还吃不准能否让大家满意，在总台办理入住手续时先得到个惊喜，我刚提出要补加两家孩子的自助早餐，结果总台服务员就说，看到我们带有小孩，房卡纸袋里已多赠一张早餐券，看，多让人舒心?。第二天大家都住得很满意，想再续一天，酒店告知已接了旅游团，没法安排原标房，只能安排大床房。后来酒店又给我们免费加床，当然，小孩的早餐还是赠送。好吧，设施给五星，服务给七星。
