住了怎么多酒店最差的一个，预定1.8米大床房，安排一个1.5米的床，到前台问他说没有1.8米的床，要了他们经理的电话打过去经理说酒店都是1.6-1.8米的床没有1.5米的床，最后给我换了一个1.8米床的房间，楼上一个晚上都在挪凳子，隔音实在差一个晚上没睡好等早上5点多不挪凳子没睡两小时有人退房吵的要死，总结一下体验最差的一次

酒店本身不错，对得起这个价格，只是纳闷我订的商务单间为什么跟图片上差距那么大，感觉比特价单间还不如，前台还跟我说是在商务单间的基础上又给升级的，我看是降低规格了吧，纠结
