酒店地理位置好，周边环境好，酒店大堂很漂亮，高大上，前台接待热情，周到，主动，好，值得表扬。办理入住时送了小朋友卡通笔，小朋友很喜欢，很漂亮。办理手续很专业，主动介绍免费的游泳池和健身房，环境非常好，棒棒棒棒。根据我的要求，主动帮我安排相关房型，送我们到电梯口，主动提供房间水果。房间干净，整洁，主动送儿童牙具和拖鞋，让人觉得很贴心，温馨。服务真是超赞，房间浴缸很大，泡澡舒服，棒极了，确实很棒，很不错。

和老公孩子一起来义乌游玩，选择了离万达广场近的义乌富力万达嘉华酒店，前台员工陈清晓非常热情的为我们办理了入住，还给我们费升级了靠江边的房间，一览义乌江，房间也特别古色古香，很干净，打个电话问总机如何去佛堂古镇，总机小妹妹非常耐心地解答了路线，下次来义乌还会选择万达嘉华酒店

旁边就是万达广场，吃饭购物很方便哦，房间不太大，但设施还算齐全哦，环境还是可以的哦，如果上义乌，可以试试呀！

亲子房创意不错，娃很喜欢，但空间太小，放个帐篷有些拥挤。另，送给娃的东西也很少，说是有儿童早套餐，其实就是个噱头，娃可以免费用早餐，根本不需要这个早餐。另，服务态度还可以。离店时，东西落下了，酒店很快寄回，赞一个。
