设施设备都还行，就是酒店管理不够完善，退房时我们房间检查出来一个吹风机袋子不见了，问题是我们房间一进去就没有吹风机袋子，我婆婆房间检查出来说一个多用充电器不见了，问题是房间里本来就没有。我觉得最好在我们入房之前，打扫负责的人能自己检查一遍东西有没有缺少的，再让我们进去，一个说也说不清楚，虽然酒店人员不追究了，但是弄得我们很郁闷，还让我们跑上去又找了一遍
