一直在艺龙订酒店，但是几乎从不评论，但是这次我还没离店就迫不及待想要对这家酒店说几句。银都不仅设施一流，位置优越，早餐丰盛，最让我感动的酒店的服务，处处体现细节之处的用心！我特别要给一个叫葛江琴的客房服务员点一百个赞！我的腰一直不好睡不了软床，每次出差到酒店第一件事就是先把床垫掀起来，把床单铺在硬床板上睡。5号那天下午入住银都时仍不例外，掀床垫，睡床板……可是晚饭回来后发现服务员做好的夜床居然把我费劲掀起的床垫恢复原状了，我那个恼火啊……然后就是我在床上发现了一张留言条，然后发现软床垫已经换成了硬棕床垫……好几年了，睡过的的各色酒店都没有享受过这种待遇，想到服务员把那张厚重的床垫抬出去，把新床垫抬进来，然后我走后再反向重复一遍这个过程……好暖心的服务员啊……我希望酒店善待这位优秀的服务员，她主动的辛勤服务让我感受到了银都的专业、周到、用心，以后出差银都旗下酒店将会是我的首选，我将会是银都最忠诚的客户！

A good hotel with good location very friendly staff clean facility and excellent continental buffet breakfast! Highly recommend for foreign visitors to Yiwu city.
