定艺龙这么多年，今天算是第一次对艺龙失望，我定了2号入住，3号离店. 实际是1号入住，2号离店，酒店前台跟预订部同意我修改时间，但是艺龙不同意. 我说你想办法沟通一下，不是一定要你替我办到. 不然我700元打水飘了. 毕竟酒店是同意修改的，但毕竟这是我自己定错时间. 艺龙客服说，对！这是你自己定错时间，跟我们艺龙没有任何关系，是应该你自己承担的. （从携程到艺龙，大概8-9年了. 有点感慨，算是最后一次留言然后卸载了吧. ） 艺龙客服说的话一点也没有错，却寒了作为消费者的心.
