酒店本身设施还行，但是服务真的差劲，订了大床房给了单人床，还不给换，酒店洗澡没热水，开了一个小时都没热水，简直闻所未闻。

国庆入住共昌一晚先是阳台门锁不上，叫客房服务说是等经理，等10分钟没到报前台，叫一保安来修，一使劲锁了，结果晚上又锁不上了，一晚拿个凳子顶着。进房间地板中间起泡，踩上去就像踩弹簧，结果晚上起来上厕所就像跳踢踏舞，咯吱咯吱搞的家人都睡不安稳。出行前订的房间说是可以送两张竹海门票，我们中午到问能拿票吗，回答要第二天早上统一前往，我们中午到的想下午去玩隔天早上要走的，问能否帮忙解决，答客人自己没看清楚没办法，可出发前打电话给前台和同程都没提醒到我，好吧，为了出游的好心情不计较了。
