预订后房间未打扫，无房，外出吃饭等房间。早饭很差，临街很件，家庭房有成人用品小孩不宜，下次不会再选这样的渣渣酒店。

相当差，我和老公过去住，不小心定了标间，一米的床，和总台商量能否换单人间大床，告知没房间了，网上查还有好多，就是不换，后来又打电话说是麻烦，对付住吧，真的是好多年没住过服务这么差的酒店了

带着老人和孩子去旅游，酒店的地理位置很好，在市中心，旁边有步行街，晚上可以去逛逛，订的家庭房和标间，家庭房很大，特别是卫生间除了淋浴还有浴缸，卫生也不错，唯一的缺陷是因为临街房，晚上有点吵。
