  酒店环境不错，装修很有档次，工作人员很热情，见到都会问好，让人倍感亲切。房间设施齐全，床品非常干净清爽，菜品味道也不错。前台小姐姐和戴眼镜的先生很热情的介绍了周边景点，酒店下边是茶博园，往东步行去星云大师的祖庭大觉寺大概5分钟，寺庙对面就是云湖景区，整个被景点包围的酒店，值得再次入住！

  酒店在国家4A级云湖景区内，交通便捷。入住酒店，前台给免费升级了湖景客房，阳台正对云湖，远眺景色秀美，空气清新，云雾环绕，好一幅山水田园画。酒店大堂豪华大气，虽说是十年酒店，但设备保养不错，用的都是品牌。云湖鱼头，咸肉煨笋，味道鲜美，值得品尝，服务周到细心。待疫情过后，约上好友一起再来，放飞心情。

  来的时候下着雨，经过层层“审核”才入住，因为疫情，表示理解，服务员很热情，早上起来，空气很清新，晚上很安静，睡的很好。

  疫封三年，只能本地休闲，舒缓心情。酒店在云湖景区内，环境绝佳，是个醉氧赏景的好去处，入口处是疫情防控岗，安保员很礼貌的核实两码，前台员工快速办理了入住，房间干净整洁，早餐可以免费送餐或套餐外免费单点现场制作，餐厅外是江南景观，鸟语花香，琴声悠扬，美妙的一天。酒店的环境，服务，卫生及员工素质都很好，疫情稳定了会带家人和推荐朋友再次入住。
