本来很高兴可以过来体验一把五星级华天酒店，但是说实话挺不满意的。首先安排的房间正对走廊，这个位置不是太满意，但也不是不能接受。然后，就是空调冷气的事，这还是星级酒店吗？房间温度都快27度了，还有两个小孩热得满头大汗。让开空调还说没有，退而求其次，拿个电风扇来也可以，结果电风扇也没有说是锁总仓库了。我说这么热想想办法吧，服务员告诉我说打开窗户等下就不热了～等下是多久？这段时间热得好难受啊～越想越觉得来这不值！最后洗完澡用浴巾擦水，我打开就直接用了，想着星级酒店东西应该还是可以放心用的，而且前面小毛巾确实挺白挺干净的才没注意那么多，结果我老公洗澡的时候就发现两坨好大的黑印子，想想都觉得恶心，刚刚我才用它擦过水。总之是一次很不愉快的体验！以后坚决不来了，星级酒店根本没享受到星级待遇！酒店有配送免费的两小瓶矿泉水，水果和自助早餐，但是也难让我对这酒店改观！
