我是冲着佳宁娜的四星去的，但是大失所望。酒店枕头太高不适合小孩子，打电话去问竟然没有儿童枕头或者矮一点的枕头。大晚上肚子饿了叫了美团外卖，为了便于管理和安全角度考虑不让外卖小哥送上去可以理解，但是可以要酒店人员送上去呀，还要自己下来拿。配套设施和服务完全跟四星不匹配。不过早餐还不错，办理入住和退房速度都挺快。
