房间不开窗很闷，灯光打下来粉尘密度极高床垫过软，床板居然不是整体，是拼凑的，更有逼格的是床靠跟床垫有一拳头的缝隙，电视墙背景灯一开全是粉尘。棒极了，大堂很大气高档，就是这样五星大堂，未尝不是欺骗消费者

酒店设备和位置还不错，但服务不好，服务管理存在较大漏洞，借拿走物品之名霸王扣预付款，硬扣款挺快，余款8天没返还到账。通程酒店在益阳算得上是较高端酒店，诚信经营才是企业发展生存的宝贵理念！
