本酒店大气!酒店前台服务生美女接待热情大方，交通地理位置方便，酒店设备设施都很精良，隔音好 房间不错 环境不错 性价比高空间也大。隔音也好。房间卫生条件都很棒的!

酒店在市中区，旁边就是步步高广场。酒店设施老旧，性价比不高（可能是逢春节，益阳酒店整体比常得高不少）。酒店算是中规中矩，双床有点窄，没有什么亮点。早餐一般，惊奇的是，酒店前台告知1.2米以下儿童免费，1.2米以上儿童半价，但是去吃早餐时，主动给1.2米以上小儿买单时，服务员竟要求为随同的1.2米以下小女买单，振振有词要求半价的半价，等进一步质疑时又改口说只收一个好了。酒店怎样做的岗位培训？看人下菜？
