太失望了， 没有一点高档酒店的管理水平，下午入住的，进去发现没有热水，打电话咨询，说是在检测设备，七点多再看还是没有，要我等一会，好，等了，到9点多还是没有，再打电话，说还在检修，要我等，问等多久，说半个小时，一直等到12点都还没有热水，中间打电话就只说要等，然后要不就不接电话，要是不能来热水就直接跟我们讲啊，一直要别人等，还欺骗说一会来，搞得我们半夜12点下去退房，在前台退房过程中不断有客房电话打进来问热水的事情，他们还在说再等一会就来，这不是欺骗吗，而且服务态度很不好，再也不会去了！ 中间打那么多电话问原因他们回答的语气很不耐烦就说再等一会，**等了六七个小时了还等，关键是到了半夜12点了他们还在欺骗顾客说等会马上来！
