这家酒店每次出差都会住这里，近来每次都感觉很失望，这么好的一家酒店最近几年经营的很失败，以前都很好，说说这次的请假吧！
1.大堂办理入住人员专业素质不高，没有一句客气的话，
2.办理房间408，结果上去房间开不开，又电话去前台，保安上来说408刚退房，还没有搞卫生，保安说我办理的是420房间，让我去前台办手续，当时真的晕啦，因为当时晚上12.15分，我不明白折腾啥，
3.转到420房间睡一个小时后，很热，空调没有效果，前台说因为酒店是中央空调现在还没有开，所以没有冷气，后天催两次服务员拿来一台电风扇，吹一晚头痛，
我感觉这就是普通旅馆的标准，哪里住宿还没有空调呢！
4.房间瓶装饮用水还是被别人用过的，我想服务员在清理房间是不是能够认真点，
希望酒店领导多用心反省总结下，酒店本来很好，经营成这样真的很可惜！
