住过N次了，什么都一般，大堂毫无格调，这次说是限气，外面零度，第一晚洗的温水澡，第二晚冷水，没人通知，打电话去问才知道晚上12点才有热水，最大的优点就是面对梦幻之江～资江，早餐还可以，粉和粥都很好吃

这是一个非常差的酒店，一个不负责任的酒店，入住酒店时沒有注意，第二天早上起床时发现床头位置的床单和枕头上两个巴掌大小的血迹，（刚好我头睡在那个位置，我一想到那个就想吞）当时通知了酒店前台，客房服务员进房间后，说去查监控录像，查看客房服务员有没有挽床单，查清后给我一个满意的答案，结果十天过去了，一句道歉都没有，做为一个大酒店连一个成认错误的勇气都没有，你家酒店生意差也不是没有道理，我做为一个在外的益阳人，我真为你们的态度感到可耻。
