昨天嗓子不舒服，在办手续的时候咳嗽了几声，服务员给我递了瓶水，并且送我上楼建议我调空调温度时候注意点，感觉很暖心，酒店的整体环境很不错，天气不那么热，吃完早饭和晚饭散步，觉得心情都很棒😁

服务态度极为欠缺，每天基本生活用品不能及时添新，（如:矿泉水，咖啡，垃圾袋等物品，从中午打电话催促送水，一直到晚上九点多都没有及时送，这是第二次住店，十分失望，）花钱得不到好的服务，甚是令人心塞。

定的是套房，定之前评论区也没有针对套房的评价和图片，所以定过之后心里也没有底气。前台办理入住很顺利，迎宾小哥帮忙送行李，前台办理人员很热情。只提出一个需要尽快整改的问题，就是房间（不知道其他房间是不是这样）气味不好闻，从入住到离店，我没有关闭窗户，这个气味源就是房间内的家具，特别是带抽屉和柜子的家具，真的不好闻，希望尽快整改，会影响心情的。除此之外，很好，包括早餐，对得起这个价位。特别提出一点，空调系统，太给力了，调到29℃，还要厚被子，这点很好，别不制冷会好很多。谢谢！
