预订10月2日两晚到店付。订单写20:00前到。国庆路堵。19点给酒店打电话说要晚点到店，问我几点会到。我当时估计22点前应该会到。就说22点。问我是否肯定会去入住。我说肯定会。然后路上大堵。我觉得跟酒店说好肯定到，就没再电话。结果23点40分才到酒店。结果前台说因为22点没到，房间被取消了。第二天的也一起取消了。酒店都住满了。虽然主要怪我晚到。但我有过电话通知要晚到，说肯定来入住，你要取消，也跟我打个电话通知一下啊
