很普通的酒店，服务态度不好。入住时11月1日，温州很热，进了房间闷的厉害，询问空调，说空调已经不开放了。打了很多电话，才又开通空调。早上结账只有一个人，开发票慢的厉害！早餐不能去太晚，8点半去吃的时候很多东西都没了，如包子。

跟着导航来到该酒店，在一条非常狭窄的路上，开往地下停车场的路更是窄得离谱!住宿条件尚可，早餐比较丰富，房间有送两瓶水。最糟心的事发生在退房的时候，足足等了二十多分钟。虽然当天退房的人比较多，我觉得等十分钟尚可体谅，然而二十多分钟就没法体谅了。

酒店交通便利，地处闹市区，周围商业设施齐全，吃饭方便！酒店管理还算可以，电梯内要刷卡才能进入入住楼层；房间宽敞、干净，冷热水都较大；早餐品种较丰富；缺憾就是地上免费停车位太少，基本都被要求停在地下收费停车场。
