  衞生设施老旧并且坏了，要求换房不肯，申报维修后没检查还是坏，住的挺坏心情的，到第二次投诉快退房时间説给换房间，前台连自己工作人员都不知道，交涉没结果，説申请半个小时去前台退房才给了盒茶叶，没要，没意思，以后不住了

  健身室楼层（4楼）原来装修，但没人通知，也没有在电梯或check in时有任何通知。我按了健身室楼层看到这景象吓死我 然后工程人员还怪我为什么要来4楼阻他工作......

  房间装修豪华，整洁乾净，五星的标准，办公设施也完整 总体衞生不错！ 大堂布置比之前希尔顿时期简化了，有些空落落的，显得不那么正规。周边吃饭很方便！ 服务还不错。早餐有当地特色！ 总体来説是性价比非常高的，在CBD，特别适合商旅。 来不及拍照，很推荐！

  ??位置交通：交通很方便，就在永康世贸，离高铁站都不远 ??房间设施：房间蛮大的，我住的房间水吧旁边还有洗手池，让人觉得比较便捷 ??服务：服务不错，前台温文尔雅 ??衞生：总体衞生条件蛮好的，没有明显的衞生问题，给人乾净的环境

  对比了好几家，最终选择了世贸，进店就感觉大堂很气派，开房前怕房间不好，提出先看房。总枱安排看房，房间大，衞生乾净，早餐很丰盛，服务态度很好，还有免费停车场。下次来入住首选。祝愿酒店生意兴隆，服务一如即往的好
