今天很冷，下午4点半入住，打开空调，到晚上七点，室温停在20度。被子薄，晚上睡觉肯定冷。打电话给客房部反应，接电话是个男的，说是因为外边太冷，空调就只能这样了，我话还设说完他就挂了电话，态度极为恶劣！空调系统不知多久没清洗，出风口全是灰尘！！！！
