该酒店本人入住当天不提供空调服务，向酒店提出质疑，被店长告知拒不提供无法提供，空调在维保，但前台与客户中心却不知，还上门来查看空调是否有问题，店长质问我为什么入住前不向前台问一下该店是否有空调服务？各位商务出差的亲，这样的服务你们碰到过没？8609房间厕所异味严重！洗水台冷水笼头出水家掉眼泪水，你们有见过这样的服务态度和质量不？致电店长，被多次挂断或接通不讲话，真是服了！
