酒店服务水平一般，员工服务意识不是很强，对客不够热情，虽然穿着制服，但服务比较随意，不算差但也绝对不算好，我不知道是不是这个城市的服务水平就只有这样了还怎么样？不像是有正规管理模式的酒店，前台接待还有小孩子在玩，像是老板的亲戚带着孩子在那里上班，房间价格和性价比还可以。如果老板是想长期开下去的话真的要在服务方面做足功夫，请个专业的酒店管理团队好好培训一下！没有恶意，句句实言，只希望贵酒店能有所进步！
