房间够大，设施还行，但没窗户看不了风景遗憾，服务挺好，也很安静，周边环境还行，没郴州维也纳高级，那边只要好评还送公仔玩具。

新开的一家店，离高铁站不远，周边很热闹。酒店设施很新，干净，温馨，床挺大。尤其值得赞的是服务！服务人员很主动，有礼貌，开始给的房间窗户有点问题，马上过来帮我们更换，道歉后还赠送早餐。晚上外出回来老公醉酒，服务人员帮忙送房间，非常感谢！早餐的米粉很好吃！

本来准备去另一个大一点的酒店的，进入永州就看到了维也纳，装修很新，玻璃可以看到街上，价格合适，前台办事沟通能力强。值得入住。
