入住后发现空调无用、投诉后反遭服务人员反问：“酒店空调早已受损停用、你们不知道在住前咨询有无空调吗？”简直就是国际笑话！后向服务人员索要经理电话，却遭威胁、值班人员回答：“不给你你又能怎么样？走开！不要站在我面前。”赤裸裸的威胁！人在外地人生地不熟，身处深山受辱无法阻止！一次开心的旅程就因为错选酒店蒙上阴影！超级恶劣的服务态度、十分差评！以敬告后者！
