7.10前台服务态度特别恶劣，因为没有看见房间内的早餐券，拿着房卡去前台拿券，前台反问你是续住的么？我说我是续住到12号你可以查看一下没有看到房间内的早餐券，前台回复压在电话机底下，谁会去注意电话机底下的东西呢？随即一名齐肩短发的女服务员，我们这有别人不要的早餐券么，给她吃，这是第一次说，另一女孩回复没有，这位短发服务员，随即拿出一张早餐券，这张是别人不要的，给你吃，撒下早餐券又重复一次这是别人不要的早餐券给你用吧，再好的脾气在这一瞬间就炸了。我回复，你这话什么意思，那你立即马上去我房间把我得早餐拿下来，而且我房间标配是两张早餐券！作为一个酒店的形象代表素质及服务如此的低，不懂这样低素质无服务意思的员工还能做主管？？？对这酒店的管理太失望！以后入住的客户请每天仔细小房间找房间内的早餐券，免得要用别人不要的早餐券！！！！！！！！
