到酒店办理入住手续，前台服务员说找不到我下的订单(本人提前三天就下了订单并得到确认有房)。理论半天后，服务员让我重新下单，并说酒店现在房间住满，等客人退房后再安排(我下午两点多到该酒店)。没办法，只能重新下单，等了近40分钟。突然另一位管事的服务员出来翻了下记录，说是找到了我之前的订单了(也就是前面服务员粗心没看到我的订单记录)，实在无语。第一次在酒店大厅等这么久，关键一起等的人有领导在。劝诫各位，该酒店办事非常粗心，效率极其低下。单位订房要慎重，否则出问题。
