第一天预订豪华单间，艺龙确认后，到店，结果告诉我没房了。需要加价换别的房型，最后艺龙给我补了差价。第二天，提前下午2点预订，到店后，又说没房了，让我住标间，价格比豪华单间便宜20，艺龙网价。我付了豪华单间的费用为何要住低一个档次双人间呢？谁能接受？最后只好妥协，艺龙补了20元的红包。两次遇到这种情况，自己想了一下， 酒店是区别对待，优先线下客户，因为线下住酒店比网络订酒店价格高。平台还要抽取费用，所以他们总是说没有房间了。就是要我加价换别的房型或者换酒店。

说好的148元，入住后变168元，168元的房价居然不开空调，晚上睡觉盖被子又热，不盖被子又冷，跟总台反应，就一句“我们的是中央空调，其他顾客都说太冷了”忽悠我们，早上吃早餐的时候大家都在谈空调问题，这二八月天，很容易感冒的
