今天早晨10点半左右入住的，跟老婆女儿三人，前台给我们开的619房间，进去因为不喜欢房间的位置打了电话跟前台要求换房间，前台答复说暂时没有退房让我们等一下，在这期间我脱掉上衣跟女儿躺在床上玩耍（女儿是穿着衣服的），差不多过了半个小时左右身上感觉有点痒痒的感觉，但不是很明显所以没有注意，等我站起来老婆说我背上长了很多小疹，我去镜子前照了一下，一个背上差不多一半斗是那种小疹，打电话给前台说要换房间前台说还是没有，我把这个情况跟前台说明后前台又说可以换一个双人房给我们，然后我叫他们先上来看我背上的小疹再说，上来沟通后酒店方面也没有一句道歉，管事的说看下怎么协商这个问题，然后酒店人员带我去买了药，给我们换了房间，到现在也没有来问我的情况，也没有一句道歉，更别说什么协商了，这家酒店以前也住过几次感觉都还好，经过这次以后要住酒店应该会考虑要不要来这里了吧，
