酒店的软件服务可以称的上是五星级水平，尤其前台服务，因带了个大行李箱没有带挂锁到前台打听哪有能买到挂锁，出乎我的意料，前台黄静女士马上给我找了一把挂锁送给我，说你拿去用吧不用还回来，用后我还是给她送回来，我说后面有顾客可能还会有使用。十分感谢黄静女士，亲切。👍👍👍

酒店的软件服务可以称的上是五星级水平，尤其前台服务，因带了个大行李箱没有带挂锁到前台打听哪有能买到挂锁，出乎我的意料，前台黄静女士马上给我找了一把挂锁送给我，说你拿去用吧不用还回来，用后我还是给她送回来，我说后面有顾客可能还会有使用。十分感谢黄静女士，亲切。??????

住的是双床间。
房间干净。设施也齐全，好用。就是烧水的电壶不干净，有水垢。
跟服务员反映说刷不干净。开玩笑嘛？我住过连锁旅馆都能把水壶刷干净，这边说搞不定？
洗澡水很足。
房间里准备的咖啡没喝，不晓得味道咋样。茶具没用，不晓得用起来咋样。
似乎没见到火灾用的防毒面具。
早餐还好，种类全，味道也好。
提供停车券，但我是坐火车去的没用上。
住店要押金，很意外。如果用现金交押金，貌似退房要预约，不然查房要等一阵子。
