入住体验不错，房务中心态度很好，但是对于前台的美女我真的很无语，简直拖低酒店的整体水平。到前台退房时一早就把押金单和房卡全都给她了，一会儿自己找不到了，就一个劲问我确定给她了吗？最后还是我给她说的可能放在哪儿；弄好后，我和孩子在前台起码等了10分钟，也不退押金给我，最后还是我问她手续是否已经完了，居然回我一句好了，押金都没退就算退好房了，对于前台的美女真的是太无语了，酒店是不是该好好再培训下啊？
