设施很好，但是我们去前台问有没有艺龙上面定的，他说没有，但是我说我已经订好了，前台才勉强同意给我们住一间艺龙上面的同款房间

订了艺龙三间房，有人没来想取消，可是艺龙不回复，酒店也不管，一直拖到晚上还是没退。早点说明不行吗，耽误别人安排好不好。服务行业还这样。艺龙不能退这点太垃圾，还不如**。
