服务太差了，楼层服务员2人，每天早上8点多，蔽在楼层里高声谈话交流，第一天早上向总台汇报得到是，楼层服务员高声说话，他们不管，总台只管前台的事，他给我一名片叫我和经理说，经理管楼层，，，我从来没有见过有这种酒店管理

酒店有着非常华丽的外表，然而房间里面却让人思绪万千，发霉的地毯，一开门就一大股味道，潮湿的墙壁导致墙纸脱落也不整理好滴，如果不是因为过了时间不能取消，肯定走了。
